Admissions

The Graduate Group in Immunology emphasizes the Doctor of Philosophy program. We invite applications from individuals interested in joining a diverse and highly interdisciplinary graduate program that fosters critical thinking skills through didactic lectures and discussion groups, seminars and journal clubs as well as state-of-the art laboratory research in immunology.

Please note, the Graduate Group in Immunology generally does not admit MS degree students.  Candidates for the MS degree will only be considered for admission under very special circumstances:  2-year government sponsored fellowship, or a commitment of full financial support by a GGI faculty member, or a current UC Davis PhD student in another discipline who wishes to pursue a dual degree PhD/MS in Immunology.  If one of these special circumstances apply to you, and you wish to apply to the MS program, please contact the Graduate Group Administrator prior to submitting your application.

Detailed information on the admissions process and requirements can be found through the links provided on the right. Deadline for online application is December 1st.
